Becky Wofford
Becky has been an artist since she first picked up a crayon and began
coloring on her parent's walls. Her parents were happy when she took
up photography as she couldn't damage the house anymore with her
craft.Becky attended college at Randolph Community College, studying commercial photography, She went on to intern with the Smithsonian Museums of Natural and American History.
After graduation, she went on to study the art of creating children, where she excelled at making boys. She is now the proud mother of seven year old Miles and five year old Zane. Having children made Becky reconsider Christmas spending, so she decided to make jewelry - it was love at first hammer! She took classes in Raleigh at Ornamentea and the Pullen Arts Center where she studied under Megan Clark, Betty McKim, and Tim Lazure. Becky strives to use recycled metal in her work and to source gemstones from the United States when possible.
