FULL CIRCLE  |  A Celebration of Rings      UNTIL MAY 7, 2011

A R T   F O R    Y O U R    F I N G E R S

Join us for a myriad of rings from a variety of talented jewelers and metalsmiths.

The jewelers at LEDE have been working on rings for FULL CIRCLE that are both simple and understated and also completely bodacious and a large presence on the hand. The show will include bands for men, as well as a large variety for women from stackables to stoneset pieces to large art pieces.

Rings are a favorite for many people, as it is one jewelry item that the wearer can also see and enjoy as it's being worn. Rings are often jewelry of association, as a representation of a commitment or life choice. And sometimes rings are chosen simply because they meet an aesthetic that pleases.

Join us in April for this celebration of rings and discover art for your fingers like you've not seen before. Including the piece pictured at left, which is part of a LEDE tradition for monumental jewelry. LEDE's own Leigh Salmon created "Marry Me?" for the FULL CIRCLE show. It stands ten inches high, and is created with base metal sheet, glass, and steel bolts using cold connection and tab techniques.

Visitors to the gallery have enjoyed the gallery installation that allows viewers to experience each ring as it is suspended in circular forms from the gallery ceiling. Each piece of jewelry art comprises the installation.
